The Antipodes Award – Australia and New Zealand

Ski the Kangaroo Hoppet in Australia and the Merino Muster in New Zealand in the same year to earn the Australasian Antipodes Award and receive two Worldloppet passport stamps.

For 2026, the Kangaroo Hoppet is on 15 August and the Merino Muster is on 22 August. The Gold award is for the long-distance race and the Silver award is for the shorter-distance race.

Complete five Antipodes Awards in any five years to become an Antipodes Master. Awards are presented at the Merino Muster prize giving.
