Ski Snow Farm – Race Week

The package gives you the opportunity to ski the Snow Farm trails throughout the week leading up to the Merino Muster — a great way to prepare for race day and experience some of New Zealand's best cross-country skiing.

Snow Farm is a Charitable Trust dedicated to maintaining excellent cross-country ski trails. Many international skiers comment that the trails compare with some of the best they have skied around the world.

Easy Race-Day Transport

Leave the driving to us!

The race-day bus departs from Wānaka early in the morning, giving you plenty of time to arrive at Snow Farm before the long-distance races. The bus returns to Wānaka later in the day after the event.

Experience Our Welcome Dinner

The Welcome Dinner is one of the highlights of the Merino Muster and a great opportunity to meet fellow skiers, connect with the local ski community and experience a warm Kiwi welcome.

The evening may include:

• Official Cultural Welcome, local history and knowledge

• Worldloppet Master Diploma and Medal Presentations

• Traditional New Zealand elements

• Local Merino lamb dinner and Kiwi delights

• The opportunity to meet skiers from New Zealand and around the world
